SENSUS 42 Successfully Launched

Following the completion of the latest construction and outfitting stages at UM Shipyard, SENSUS 42 has now been moved into the water for the first time.

The successful launch represents an important transition in the project, with the vessel now entering the final preparation phase ahead of sea trials. During this stage, the UM Shipyard team will complete a series of onboard checks, system commissioning activities and final technical preparations to ensure the vessel is ready for testing under real operating conditions.

With SENSUS 42 now afloat, attention is turning towards the upcoming sea trials, where the vessel’s systems, handling and overall performance will be assessed at sea.

The successful launch brings the project another significant step closer to completion, certification and operational readiness.
