SENSUS 42 Begins Sea Trials

SENSUS 42 has officially commenced sea trials, marking a major milestone in the vessel’s development and bringing the project another step closer to operational readiness.

Following the successful launch and completion of the necessary preparations, SENSUS 42 has now entered the sea-trial phase, allowing the UM Shipyard team to assess the vessel’s systems, handling and overall performance under real operating conditions.

During the initial trials, key mechanical systems and onboard operations were closely monitored to verify their functionality, reliability and integration. The trials also provide an opportunity to identify and implement any final adjustments ahead of the vessel’s completion.

The first sea trials were completed successfully, with all scheduled checks progressing as planned and the vessel performing in line with expectations.

With this important milestone achieved, SENSUS 42 continues to advance towards final testing, certification and operational readiness.
